This transformative full-day training challenges the deeply embedded martyrdom complex that impacts Black and BIPOC nonprofit leaders. Through Fearless Spaces' proven methodology, participants will learn to dismantle harmful patterns of overwork and self-sacrifice while building sustainable leadership practices rooted in radical self-care. The training addresses the historical roots of survival tactics that no longer serve leaders, examines how white supremacy culture manifests in nonprofit environments, and provides practical tools for both individual healing and organizational transformation.
