I Am Not Just A Consultant. I am a Co-Conspirator in Your Liberation.

Fearless Spaces exists because too many brilliant people are leaving organizations that should be their home. Too many Black women leaders are carrying impossible loads. Too many mission-driven organizations are perpetuating the very oppression they claim to fight.

I specialize in helping organizations become what they say they already are: spaces where equity isn't performed but lived, where leadership isn't about power-over but power-with, where your people don't just clock in but show up fully.

The Approach

Real Change Happens at the Intersection of Strategy and Soul.

My practice doesn't believe in choosing between getting results and taking care of people. We don't believe in "diversity" without justice or "inclusion" without shifting power.

Fearless Spaces’ approach weaves together:

  • Strategic thinking that addresses root causes, not just symptoms

  • Healing practices that acknowledge trauma while building resilience

  • Cultural fluency that comes from lived experience, not textbooks

  • Accountability systems that ensure change sticks

Because when you center those most impacted by oppression, you create solutions that liberate everyone.

From Advocate to Architect: Building the Fearless Spaces We Need

I've dedicated my career to cultivating spaces where people feel brave and safe—where voices are uplifted, ideas are challenged, and transformative change is possible.

My advocacy journey began in high school with Planned Parenthood of New York City and the New York Civil Liberties Union. In college, I founded WordPlay, a spoken word club fostering dialogue on identity and social justice. As a Legislative Assistant for a New York State Assemblywoman, I gained firsthand experience in policy-making and grassroots organizing. Through my work with the National Urban League, I helped advocate for the removal of the Confederate flag in South Carolina. During my undergraduate years, I also established resources for students of color.

Over the past decade, I've led large-scale learning initiatives, designed high-impact training programs, and guided organizations through transformative cultural shifts. But I've also witnessed the gap between good intentions and lived reality—experiencing tokenization, watching brilliant organizations crumble, and seeing talented leaders burn out.

That's when I knew I had to build something different.

As Founder of Fearless Spaces Consulting, I've worked with various institutions, providing expertise in anti-racist transformation, conflict resolution, and program development.

With a Master's in Nonprofit Management from The New School and a Bachelor's in Public Policy, I bring academic rigor and real-world experience to every engagement. Whether coaching leadership teams or designing learning experiences, my goal remains the same: creating fearless spaces where organizations and individuals can evolve, innovate, and lead with integrity.

This work is personal. It's urgent. And it's absolutely essential.

In over 15 years, I've partnered with 40+ organizations to transform workplace culture—developing hundreds of leaders who now create the change their communities need.
